Strength and Alignment
This class is for anyone wanting to work on the form of Yoga postures. It consists of deep static stretches held for long periods of time to ensure correct form. Props such as blankets, straps, and blocks are used so that the poses are most effective. Very few sun salutations are used- but expect to work hard! This class will consist of abdominal work, standing postures, deep hip openers, detoxifying twists, calming seated postures and inversions. Modifications will always be available.

Vinyasa Flow Level 1
This class is designed for those whom are new to Yoga or those who are looking to deepen there understanding of the physical alignment of the postures. This is a Vinyasa class which links posture to posture by the breath to take you deeper into a place of mental alertness, concentration, and deep inner peace. 

Hot Flow Vinyasa Yoga 98º - Level 1-2
This is a heated class designed to focus on the development of fluidity and stamina through the Vinyasa sequence, which refers to breath-synchronized movement. Hot Vinyasa Flow is an energetic class and is a holistic way to strengthen, lengthen, detox and tone your body. This class flows, so be prepared to jump right in!

Vinyasa Flow Level 1-2
This class is designed to focus on the development of fluidity and stamina through the Vinyasa sequence, which refers to breath-synchronized movement. Vinyasa Flow is an energetic class and is a holistic way to strengthen, lengthen, detox and tone your body. This class flows, so be prepared to jump right in! 

Deep Slow Flow and Sadhana Yoga
Sadhana Yoga class will offer a holistic approach to the practice of Yoga. By joining together a more vast understanding of Ashtanga Yoga (The Eight Limbed Yoga Path).  This class will constist of Deep Slow Flow Yoga with philosophy and inspiration interwoven throughout the class. Every 18 weeks we will be cycling through the Eight Limbs of Yoga, the Yamas (5 ethical disciplines) and Niyamas (5 spiritual observations) and the preceeding 7 weeks we will be cycling through a series of Chakra Vinyasa Flows. This will be a beautifully inspired class for all of those seeking to deepen their awareness of themselves and to fully enliven their personal Yoga practice.

Core Strength
Core Strength is a great class to build your core awareness with the bodies alignment held in high integrity. Core work, lower back strengthening and glute work will be heavily emphasized. This class is open to all levels.

Gentle Restore and Flow
Calm your mind while invigorating your body, with this slow moving practice.  We will focus on breath and intentional movement that keeps you close to your mat and closer to your heart. We will work gently on tonifying, strengthening, and lengthening your muscles. This class also incorporates restorative postures that loosen and align the body gently.

Kundalini Vinyasa Flow
This class is a fusion class that combines the breath synchronized movement of Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga.  We will begin by moving our bodies through a gentle Vinyasa Flow practice and then move into the more ethereal practice of Kundalini.  Kundalini Yoga is a scientific technology that will enable you to recognize and experience your highest level of consciousness. It will balance your glandular system, strengthen your nervous system and enable you to harness the energy of the mind and emotions so that you are in control of yourself instead of being controlled by your thoughts and feelings. This class encompasses breath, mantra, eye focus, mudra and body locks with postures in a specific manner to affect the body and mind. 

Hot Hour of Power
This is a High Intensity Intreval class that uses Yoga postures in a cardiovascular way to work the body to it's core. Hot Hour of Power is not for the light at heart. Please be prepared to work hard.

Hot26
Hot and slow 26 postures works through balancing, standing, and floor postures with a focus on alignment in 105 degrees.  If you like a good workout in the heat this is the perfect addition to your practice.  Please bring a water bottle and a towel.
